Our Mission at Rock County Community Library is to promote literacy and lifelong learning for all members of the community through educational, informational, cultural and recreational resources.
Our Library has something for everyone, from children to teens, and adults. We have a wide selection of both fiction and non-fiction to entertain and educate those seeking it out. There are eight computers available for public use; six in our computer lab for longer use and printing documents and two on the floor to assist our patrons in looking up items.
Minnesota author Brian Freeman will be here to talk about his new novel The Voice Inside on Thursday, April 26, 2018. Gather in the basement of the library to hear him speak and a chance to win a copy of his new book!
Ever wonder was a beloved antique was worth? Don't miss out on the chance to have your items appraised by author and expert Mark Moran. On Saturday, May 12, 2018 he will be visiting us and offering his services to those in the community looking to have their antiques appraised. We do ask that you pre-register you and your item by calling the library at (507) 449-5040.
